Michael and his team sold our Mitcham property in June 2020. The price far exceeded our expectations, and indeed that of the valuation. Given the uncertainty prevailing in the Real Estate market in particular and the economy in general because of COVID 19 we were a bundle of nerves and pessimistic about the outcome.
