When Rick and Kathe first came to my property to give me an appraisal, Rick asked me to trust him and allow him to do whatever he thought needed to be done to present my property in its best light. Although sceptical, (when a man says "trust me")I agreed and Rick and his team came and readied my place for inspection. They all worked extremely hard and the end result was that the property sold within three weeks. Rick was supportive, enthusiastic and positive which was very helpful to me, as I found this entire process rather trying. He is also a person or whom it seems his staff enjoy giving their best.
