Genuine, honest and an expert
Mohit was a delight to work with. He was honest from day one in regards to the potential sale price of the property, genuine in his dealings with us and guided us with his expert advice throughout the process. He went out of his way to organise works at our property in order to turn it around and make it more appealing which we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. We highly recommend Mohit and his team to anyone looking to sell their property.
From our initial meeting with Mohit, we felt very confident in handing our property over to him to sell. This confidence came from his knowledge of the current real estate market which he so candidly and confidently shared with us. He gave us a price guide on what he believed the property was worth in the current market, which was both genuine and realistic. The property is joint ownership, and during the marketing and selling period one of the owners was overseas. Despite this, we both experienced the selling of our property as an experience of complete ease. Mohit, worked professionally in the background doing what he needed to do in attracting bidders and organizing the auction, while keeping us both well informed. Mohit's communication with us both was efficient and uncomplicated. Despite one owner being overseas, Mohit's ability in utilising technology made it seamless in sending through any reports and all necessary documents that needed to be signed. As owners It's a surreal experience as there was absolutely nothing for us to do other than sign documents. Leaving the property in the capable hands of Mohit achieved our property being sold at auction for a price beyond what we had anticipated. Going on our experience, we would highly recommend Mohit and his team to anyone looking to sell their property.
