Brent was honest from the start about expectations in Emporio complex. Had local knowledge, communicated after every open house and Sales Agent - Carla was exceptional to deal with as well. Great experience dealing with Ray White Mooloolaba

I’ve heard about Steve’s successes as one of the coasts best real estate agents for quite a few years, so when it came time to sell my apartment he was my number one choice. Steve managed everything for me through many open homes and buyer enquiries. He handled all communications with the property manager, to ensure buyers could inspect at times which didn’t impact the income I get through having this property in the holiday letting pool. If you’re looking for an agent who goes well above and beyond, make sure you give Steve a call.

Steve made the whole sales process seemless for me. He was extremely helpful in providing advice and assistance along the way. As an absent owner, I was very impressed with the care he took in ensuring my vacant property was presented in the best possible light every time he took buyers through. I have not had a real estate agent vacuum or pull weeds before! Thanks Steve for everything you did for me.

We had a good experience with Michael and our recent sale. We feel he tried very hard and finally got a buyer for us. Michael was always there to answer any questions we had and readily carried out any requests we had.

I have only good things to say about Brent and his team of professionals. They kept us informed, worked hard with prospective purchasers, followed up, and were always professional from the start of the process up to and even past its conclusion. I am happy to give Brent a 5-star rating.

A big thank you to Brent and his team. Not only did the team persist in a very testing market, they also continually remained positive of achieving our required outcome, whilst maintaining our confidence through regular correspondence. The resulting contract is directly due to the professionalism of the Ray White Team. The journey, from listing our home, of more than 20 years, for sale through to the acceptance of the contract has been very emotional, but somewhat enjoyable because of the support of Brent and his team.

Brent was very professional in his approach and genuine in our discussions about our property and the process. He let us make the decisions in terms of type of sale and achieved a great price in the process. Brent and his team kept us up to date with open home feedback and offers presented. Overall, it was a very smooth sale process and I have no hesitation in recommending Brent and his team.
