We met Steven about 3 years ago when we auctioned a waterfront unit in Mooloolaba. His enthusiasm for sales and his personable nature ensured the process was easy and successful for us . For several years we have had an investment home in Buderim and recently decided it would be a good time to sell. Without hesitation we left the sale once again in Steven's hands. It was necessary to repair significant damage to the home before it went to sale and Steven was instrumental in helping us organise trades people to complete the repairs as we live and work on the Gold Coast. Steven even assisted to carry out some repairs himself in his own time. He was available at a moments notice to open up and lock the property upon request.
