He has communicated his game plan on his pricing strategy and promotion of our property and has kept us involved on its progress every step of the way. Ray White Mooloolaba & James Goldsworthy "A winning combination"

Professional agent with spark, you can't go wrong with Steve.
We would not hesitate to recommend Steve Allen from the great selling experience he provided to us. Second to none
From our initial conversation regarding our intention to put our rental property on the market, to the falling of the hammer on Auction day the professionism, knowledge of market trends and communication skills shown by James and Taylor were second to none. James showed respect to our encumbant tenant giving him plenty of notice of intention to have showings. When we had any queries James always had the answers willingly. James and Taylor were always available via phone, and messages were always answered. We would highly recommend James and his team to any protential seller or buyer alike.
