Our property at 4 Beach Rd Balcolyn 2264 was a difficult challenge. It was a very large property (400 sq mtrs) for the area and was not water front , even though it had excellent views of Lake Macquarie . The 11 month sale process commenced with an unsuccessful auction (reserve not met), Throughout this 11 month period, Robyn worked tirelessly with many prospects. Throughout this period she was positive, friendly and professional. We did not get the price we would have liked, but it was our decision to cut the sale process when we did to get cash we needed at the time.
