Luke was the true professional from beginning to end. As I work full time and am unable to take calls during work hours, he'd communicate with both my parents and myself. Luke's market knowledge of the area was well researched and the write up and photos for the brochures were top class ! After each open inspection I'd get a prompt phone call to say how it had gone and that I was able to go home ! On the day of the auction I was informed every step of the way and Luke even obliged for photos in front of the 'Sold' sign with myself and the buyers. The settlement was a day short of 7 long weeks with a couple of problems along the way on the buyers side, but Luke kept me up to date. All in all, a very friendly and honest real estate agent.

Luke advised us of the procedure to follow in selling the house and of the local, current market. His advice in preparing the house for sale, and for advertising photographs was extremely helpful. As my daughter Sally was working full time and unable to take phone calls Luke needed to contact me too when necessary. Always professional I recommend Luke highly, he was always available to give assistance when needed. The house was auctioned and sold on 27.7.19. Settlement was to be 13.9. 19. however the purchaser needed to get further funds and a bank needed to check the building further on 9.9.19. Due to this the settlement date was 17.9.19. causing an extremely stressful few days for Sally and myself. Thank you to Luke who handled this problem confidently.

When I first met Scott he was friendly and professional. He provided me with all the information that I required as an investor and if he did not have it on him emailed it to me asap. He was always available when I called and if not returned my call asap or sent a text informing me when he could talk. He provided our conveyancer with all the information the first time and gave me all the information in relation to strata management. I would recommend him highly when either selling or buying.
