Tony was very helpful helping us with advice on what to do to get the house ready to market. He stayed in regular contact with us with regards to how many people had looked at the property, comments on these people and all offers which were given. We chose Grant for two reasons, his indepth knowledge of our suburb and because of his history of continuing to communicate with us and keeping us up to date with the market/suburb since our previous home purchase some 3-4 years prior.
