My wife and I recently were looking for the right agent to sell our home and we decided to call the team at Ray White Mount Gravatt to come have a chat to us about the current housing climate & an indicative price for our home. Before Helen and Alex came to chat to us I was adamant that we would have at least 3 agents through our property before committing. From the first moment I met Helen and Alex I knew they were the right agents to sell our beloved family home & I didn't bother having anyone else out. Helen worked extremely hard behind the scenes and achieved a super fast sale of our buyers property. In the final days before we went unconditional there was some contractual points that had to be ironed out, Helen tackled this with a sheer determination. We achieved a great result with a number for our house that allowed us to make an interstate move for work and provided our buyers with a fair and reasonable price.
