I've been using the property management service pretty heavily over the last 6 months due to cyclone related repairs and more recently to refurbish the property between tenants. The response from the property management team of Alana Crispin and Aaron Dolby before her has been very good. Aaron was excellent with managing the insurance interface for the cyclone repairs, and Alana has been very helpful and efficient in organising trades for various improvements. On the leasing front, Paris Murphy has been very organised and efficient with getting the property leased quickly. She kept me in the loop on the market interest on a daily basis, advised on preferred tenants and accommodated me taking a holiday as this was happening.

Great, friendly personal service. Paris and the other staff at Ray White Narangba made this such an easy face to face experience. We were retirees looking for a rental, always being homeowners and therefore having no rental history. We are waiting for a home to be built in an over 55 village in another state. Coming into an online world and trying to cope with what we found was an extremely stressful process, to walk into Ray Whites office in Narangba, to be greeted with friendly smiles, given paper application forms, sighting our documentation, and all done so quickly. We had two rental inspections that day, and had a rental in less than 48 hours. We can’t thank you enough Paris!
