The communication from the agent when being shown around the property was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. The phone call to say that we were successful with gaining the rental was a surprise in this day of online communication but one that I was grateful for. Upon returning home, I also saw that emails were sent regarding the same information which was also rewarding. Then we received the lease, which happened to be on a Friday but as soon as the next week arrived, we got our final signed copy. Talk about efficient. I am very impressed with all the communication we have had, how professional they all are and the kindness shown throughout the whole process.
