We chose Terry as we immediately hit it off. We believed him when he said he could get a good price for the property. He was friendly and obviously had a really good insight about the Narangba market. He went over and above to not only get us the price we were asking but also assisted us to purchase our next home. He dealt with the sellers agent when we were desperate to buy the property and it really was down to his intervention that the deal went through. It is now our forever home. I cannot thank him enough and wish him every success in the future.

Anyone can be a great agent. Answer questions and be there at all times of the night on the phone. But what if you came across a person who does that and throws in great stories honesty and trendy shirts.... and I’m a buyer so he didn’t even work for me technically. Well that’s what you get Dave Musgrave, he’s a great agent, great guy and an asset to anyone who wants to sell. As for buying well I hope everyone getS an agent like Dave to sell them a house!

It's rare to come across a real estate agent who is is likeable and straightforward as Terry. No playing games, no nonsense, just a nice easy honest process from start to finish. Terry was there to answer any questions but he was not overbearing in any way. A welcome change for us as we'd been in the market for a new place without much luck for quite some time previously. We are now living in our dream acreage property and couldn't be happier!
