This is the third house we have bought or sold with Dave. Dave did a fantastic job of communicating with us thoughout the entirty of thr sale process. He had to work hard to get what can only be described as difficult tennants on side. he accomplished this with diplomacy, followed process and kept everybody in the loop with what was happening. Throw into the mix interest rate rises and a softening market, Dave had his work cut out for him. He communicated frequently and did not shy away from having the tough conversation. Dave is a fantastic agent, who we cannot recomend highly enough. He is the 'go to man' when you want to sell.
