If you’re looking for a real estate agent who actually tells it like it is, Cathy Lepik is your woman. I first bought through her in 2019 and was floored when she pointed out the negatives alongside the positives. Most agents would run a mile from a flaw, but Cathy handled it with total respect for the sellers while being 100% honest with me.
