Javid was very professional and obtained the price that we expected for the property. His communication was excellent, at all times we knew what was happening during the sales process. Javid went out of his way to help us as we were out of the state at the time. This included locating important identification documentation in our personal files and forwarding them to our interstate location. At no stage did we feel he was anything but trustworthy.

Javid knocked on our door, introducing himself to us almost half a decade ago while working for Barry Plant. Fast forward to now and wanting to sell our family home, we asked why should we go with him over other agents, he said as the owner of Ray White Narre Warren, he wants to be our ‘go-to’ for all things real estate and is about the relationship rather than this individual sale. I would’ve written that off as fluff except he did spend the last half decade regularly keeping in touch! Once signed up, he helped us get the house ready for sale by organising trades and where there were hiccups helping where he could to try and keep it on schedule. We were nervous about the price range, the decision to go to auction instead of private sale but Javid guided us expertly through the selling journey taking into account what we wanted. Selling your first family home comes with a lot of emotions and in the end, we couldn't be happier with the process and that our home will be going to a lovely couple looking to start a family of their own.
