Amazing Agent
Michael got us our first home after the bush fires in Yellow Rock took our home in 2013. Their were about 20 people but Michael did a wonderful job, came through and the sellers took our offer. Now it was time to sell the block of land. Michael Coco and assistant Jasmyn Calagro took a little longer, however got a great result!! Michael and Jasmyn were courteous pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful . Congratulation's to both of you!!!

Excellent, Friendly, Professional, More than I expected
Michael started with a friendly hand shake and an informative walk through our house and was upfront with what to expect from the market, regardless of if you have the knowledge or not with real estate, Michael will deliver the information on a level anyone can understand. With Michael's assistant Jasmyn they make a rock solid team in guiding you and the potential buyers through the stages to make a happy and easy sale/purchase of the property. My house was on the market on a Tuesday afternoon had its first offer by Thursday afternoon and a sale by Saturday night after the 2 pm open house. It was a great outcome and goes to show the great work of Michael and Jasmyn.
