Having just sold through Michael and his assistant Jasmyn we can not recommend them highly enough. Michael has gone above and beyond all of or expectations at all stages of the sales process. He's help was invaluable as we renovated the property from afar due to the mismanagement of another agency. He was knowledgeable and approachable, from our first contact with him, through the renovations process and into going to market. With his advice and guidance on marketing and presentation we received 4 offers after the first open house and within 6 hours of going on the market we had sold at a price beyond all expectations. Further to all of Michael's hard work, his assistant Jasmyn was invaluable to the whole process, she managed our renovations organising and arranging tradesmen who completed the job quickly and professionally for us.
