I met Michael at an open house and knew immediately that I wanted him to sell my house. He knew that it was going to be a few months before I was ready to sell but was still happy to come and talk to us about my property. MIchael is very knowledgable about the market and was able to make suggestions, all of which were carried out, to improve the value of the property. Deciding to sell my property was a huge decision on its own, let alone finding an agent I could trust and who would do the right thing by me. I met with a number of agents before Robert but I didn't feel completely comfortable with them not the way I did after meeting with Robert and it was for this reason and also that I wanted to list my property with a local agent that I chose Robert to take care of my property. I'm so pleased I chose Robert as he was very supportive throughout the sale process and this was important to me as I had never sold a property before and I didn't understand the entire process but Robert communicated with me very regularly and was always available to answer any questions I had. My property was sold within a couple of days of being on the market (an offer was accepted after the 1st open house). Robert worked quickly and efficiently to negotiate with interested parties after the open house and he was able to get a price for my property that exceeded my expectations. I would certainly purchase a property from Robert and wouldn't hesitate to sell another property with him in the future.
