What was extremely impressive about Christine, is that she took an interest in our concerns. She wanted to understand them and immeadiately offered some very good solutions. She was familiar with the architect and his designs, having sold some of the architect's previous homes, which she was able to pull up on her iphone to show us some ideas for the changes we wanted to make. Christine arranged for us to contact the architect directly, she arranged for return inspections with professionals, at no cost to us, to guide us and advise us on what could be done. There was absolutely no pressure from Christine, just genuine interest and guidance to help us feel confident with our purchase. Attending an auction can be nerve racking at the best of times. Christine stayed with us for the entire evening and made us feel completely at ease in in a stressful situation. Her post sale follow up has been excellent, she has offered help with contractors and interior designers. Nothing is too much trouble. This has been a very happy experience for us and because of Christine, a home which we almost overlooked, we reconsidered because of her abiity to take time to understand our needs and show us how the house would make the perfect home for our family. Christine sold us a home in 2010 and was fantastic to work with and went out of her way to make things as easy as possible. She went to so much trouble for us, even arranging that we could sign the final offer at 11pm at night. We were so impressed with Christine that when we decided to sell our home, Christine was our only choice of agent. Christine was by this time selling homes with million dollar price tags but still agreed to sell our home even though our home did not have a million dollar price tag.
