There is always wisdom in hindsight and in our initial meeting with Matt and Josh our expectations as vendors was set too high and upon reflection we possibly ought to have marketed the property aimed at experienced renovators as the house is on a difficult block in a great location but needing an intensive renovation. However, after the auction process Matt Lancashire and Josh Brown with assistance from Haesley Cush and Jahkoda Ferguson all worked to achieve a sale we were satisfied with. I certainly believe that without the additional effort and talent of the team the sale would not have happened.. We recently moved from Sydney to Brisbane and after having a great experience with our selling agent in Sydney (which was also a Ray White agent), we were not disappointed when we met Tom Lyne at our first open inspection of the apartment we purchased. The selling procedure in Brisbane is quite different from that in Sydney but Tom, whilst always the vendors agent, helped us enormously both before, during and after our purchase.
