I bought my new home through Kosta Apostolidis. Kosta is a very out going person, helpful, pleasant to talk and has a broad knowledge of real estate in the Newcastle area. He is available on the telephone 24/7. Will call Kosta first, if, in the future I have need to sell or buy real estate.

Very professional
Kosta’s knowledge with the Maryland area was a great advantage when he was selling my house. He was very knowledgeable and great with his communication when dealing with buyers. Demika Saved the Day
As soon as Demika took over management of the sale of our property things began to happen. Our previous agent was not generating any activity, my calls were not being responded to. I was at the point where I was thinking of changing agents when Demika stepped in, took a bad situation and made it right. Demika was on top of the situation from the beginning, communication was regular and informative. In no time Demika had found a buyer and our problem was resolved.
