Very professional but also friendly.
We have been thinking of selling for a couple years. We met Kosta at a couple of house viewings and right from our first meeting had him penciled in to sell our house when we were ready. We did have several other agents come to see us but Kosta stood out. He was always available to call in or take our phone calls. We are both retired and this is the first time we have sold. We found Kosta to be of great value in giving advice and found him to be spot on. We would recommend him to others with no hesitation.

Professionalism To The Core
I found a pamphlet in my letterbox offering "Free Appraisal" of the property. Kosta inspected my property, and to prove Kosta's market knowledge, the property sold exactly for the medium amount of the range Kosta had estimated the property should sell for. It took just ONE "Open House" session and the purchaser made an offer close to the required purchase price, and the property was SOLD immediately. Knows their market and efficient
Kosta was easy to deal with, he was straight to the point and didn’t waste our time. As buyers, we’ve had to deal with a lot of disappointment that is drawn out unnecessarily but this was surprisingly an easy and quick process with Kosta. He was also the only open house we looked at where we were asked to remove our shoes, which I’m sure sellers are appreciative of the extra attention to detail.
