The first time we met Kosta it was one of assurance and professional approach to taking the selling process from daunting to a achievable result while managing the sale in a Covid climate. The property has always been well maintained and provide a wonderful home for our three children. In his initial walk through Kosta gave us important feed back on what we should do to areas around the house for the sale. The selling process Kosta prepared from signing documents to arranging the excellent photo shots to a fantastic video and always being in touch was the result he described in our first meeting. He always gave us plenty of time about the prospective visits and always replied after the visits with feedback from the prospective buyers. Kosta is the most professional and personalized real estate agent I have encountered. He is extremely honest, upfront and was able to find us a house to call our own.
