Went above and beyond
Andrew done a great job at a bad time in my life. My partner in hospital and trying to look after twin 3 year old boys I was going to put off selling my house but Andrew stepped up and took over organising people to finish the house and was even going to mow my lawn to save me driving down to do it. He got me more than I wanted for my house and drove around for hours getting everyone to sign the contract. I have never had service like this before absolutely amazing

Fantastic Agent
I have know kosta for many years as he has helped with all my property needs, and always promised Kosta when the time come for me to sell i trust him to get the results i was after, as good as my word to him Kosta honoured his promise to me with FANTASTIC results. My house was sold by Kosta and his team within the first week of my house going to market and got a great result with the price. Kosta was very professional and helpful every step of the way.

Easy going yet Very Professional
As this was our first house we have ever sold we made some enquiries to several estate agents, blokes that rambled on saying how they 'love' to sell houses and others that gave themselves nicknames like 'Mr. 2287' and of course we also contacted Kosta and that was the best decision we made. We made a web enquiry at 6.30am and within 2 hours on a SUNDAY he was calling to discuss. My first meeting I found Kosta 'down to earth' and real easy to talk to. We went through the home and arranged a further meeting to discuss the sale with my partner. On arrival again Kosta spoke very professionally without trying to put the hard sell on us. He told us what he could do and how we could get the best possible outcome. We made clear what we wanted from the sale and set a time limit as we need to sell. Once all the paperwork was signed and we handed the home to Kosta he had the place sold within 48hours and well above what we thought we would achieve. We could not be happier with the outcome and would recommend Kosta to any future Vendors He was really really good ;)

House sale
Kosta was very professional. He explains everything and helps you go through the process of selling a house. This is the first time selling for us and he helped us all the way. The house was only up for preview for 3 days and he sold for more than we were asking. I would recommend him to everyone.

Kosta was the selling agent on a property I purchased
Kosta was extremely helpful in the buying process and went well above the general expectations.
