Darren initially sold our house to us 6 years ago and during that time, offered to do a property valuation for us at no cost. This was helpful as it gave us an indication of the market and we were pleased to find out our property had increased in value. This pre-empted our decision to refinance with a better lender. Darren touched base a year or two later and again offered us an appraisal of our property, which we agreed to as it was free and again, kept us in the loop of where the market was at.
