Darren initially sold our house to us 6 years ago and during that time, offered to do a property valuation for us at no cost. This was helpful as it gave us an indication of the market and we were pleased to find out our property had increased in value. This pre-empted our decision to refinance with a better lender. Darren touched base a year or two later and again offered us an appraisal of our property, which we agreed to as it was free and again, kept us in the loop of where the market was at. At that time we had no plans to sell. However 2 years later we touched base with Darren in relation to getting ready to sell as we were looking to upsize. He was more than happy to answer our questions and meet with us at our home during the day to talk about the market and our possible options. About a month later we felt ready to take the next step so contacted Darren again to get a more thorough quote regarding the sale of our townhouse. He was knowledge and came to both meetings well equiped with market and property information, but at no time did I feel pressured to sign up. We met with other Agents but I felt Darren's manner and professionalism was right for us. He helped guide us through the steps in preparation for open house inspections.
