From the beginning of the process for the sale of my investment property Greg was always happy to provide his experience and support: from the colour scheme that would best show off the house to referring a tradesperson to do some small jobs. As we approached the marketing phase, he got most of the sales team at Ray White to come and look at the house giving first-hand knowledge of the property to the broadest possible interface with potential buyers. Throughout the four-week sales program Greg kept me fully informed of progress, calling after each open house and providing a weekly written report. In addition to open houses he took some interested parties for private viewings and appeared to provide potential buyers with all the support they needed. The end result was a very successful sale. Key for me was having a professional but friendly relationship with Greg. I particular for me, he struck the right balance of being attentive without becoming overbearing.
