I am not able to rate Jason on Market Knowledge, Communication, Credibility or Negotiation as I have not had a lengthy conversation with him or have not been in a situation to observe these skills. All meetings with Ray White were conducted by Allison Grant: the initial meeting at mum's property, the meetings at Ray White and the meeting at the auction venue. Except for the meeting at the auction venue, Jason was present at all the others but did not lead the discussion or contribute to the conversation. He was always very pleasant but appeared nervous and lacking in confidence and expertise. Jason did provide us with the weekly email progress report and weekly listings or properties which were much appreciated. We were very pleased with the communication provided by Allison throughout the process. We were disappointed that there were no bidder for the property at auction and disappointed that the property sold for considerably less than the estimated value of the property provided by Allison to our solicitor and us.
