From the first step he was very well prepared, had a fantastic knowledge of the area in which we were selling, and took the time to first and foremost listen to what we wanted to do. Once he had an idea of our expectations, Chris made sure that he not only met them, but he also exceeded them. He had a plan from the onset and worked tirelessly to deliver beyond our expectations. And deliver he did. Chris was paramount in us achieving well above our reserve price (something he had also achieved for our next-door neighbours).
