The photos and video, the explanation of our quirky, avant-garde home which we have loved for 38 years, were all absolutely brilliant. All of which show her experience as an agent. Deni and her team took the hassle out of selling my place. We met a few years ago, at a time when I had just moved inter-state, been renting the house out and I was trying to decide what to do for the best. She gave me advice as a property mentor, rather than an agent, advising me to change my strategy to better suit my circumstances and hold on to it for another year or two. Despite this not being in her interests as an agent. Since then, we talked every year or so about the market and options, so when it came to making the decision to sell, there was no-one else I would’ve trusted to know me or the Sunrise Beach market better. Deni and Nicky worked hard to help me prepare for the sale, then achieved the asking price and a quick settlement, all while I was still living interstate. Having dreaded letting go of the place for years, the ease with which it all came together (due to Deni’s help and execution) made it the most straight-forward sale ever. I wouldn’t hestitate to recommend Deni and her team to anyone looking to sell in the area.

The reason we selected Deni to sell our house was due to the professional way she conducted herself when we bought a property where she was the selling agent. At no time did Deni compromised herself and and worked for the vendor the entire time. We have had experiences where the agent loses sight of who they are working for and are only interested in making a sale at not necessarily the best price. Our experience selling our property was excellent as Deni met both objectives our getting a price we were happy with in more than acceptable time frame. Deni is very passionate in what she does and provided us with contacts for innovative marketing photos and assistance with displaying our property for sale. The property was accurately priced which resulted in a quick sale. We highly recommend Deni to any prospective sellers.

Deni sold my parents unit about ten years ago and she did a great job then. I decided to sell my unit in Sunrise Beach and I was hoping Deni was still in the area. Nothing was too much trouble. I sold even before going on the market and got much more than I expected. She and her PA Nicky were the best. 10 out 10
