Exceeded Expectations

Scott facilitated the sale of our house in Carrickalinga. From discussions prior to engagement, engagement and completion, Scott did exactly as he had communicated to us. He and his staff's knowledge of the real estate market in this region is extensive. We left for overseas the day after the property was listed and before we had landed in Athens there were offers sent to us from Scott for us to consider. Overall a very satisfactory outcome.

Best In The Business. Best In The District.

Right from the beginning when we just had a chat to Scott about "maybe looking for a new property" Scott guided and advised us as we started on a roller coaster ride towards our "Perfect For Us" new house, while negotiating the sale of our rather unique present property. With his font of local knowledge, wisdom and professionalism, he nursed us through the sometimes stressful times of buying and selling properties in the current market, with interest rate rises, bridging finance etc, Scott was always on hand and made himself available for every question we had and listened to every uncertainty we encountered with an understanding and wise ear, he always had the right advice to calm the way, as he knows how to get the best out of the current market situations as they change. In conjunction with Scott, Jo Oertel and the team at Ray White Normanville we were able to secure our "Perfect Property" and also get the right price for the one we were selling. We are very grateful to Scott and his team, as we have used their business previously, with an elderly family member securing the perfect rental property for their needs and the care and compassion shown at that time for this person was second to none. So thank you again Scott, we are now living our perfect life in our perfect home, and will always turn to you for any future property dealings.

Hassle free selling and purchasing
