Brilliant Agent - Highly Recomended
We have used the services of Bill Shepherd over many years of buying/selling investment properties as well as our own home properties. We have just sold another property through Bill and as always the service and outcome were exceptional. The photos went online at 6pm Friday night and the property was sold at 11am Saturday morning - less than 1 day later! The price we achieved was above our expectation and the sale process from start to settlement was seamless. We will continue to use Bill Shepherd and would highly recommend him. His local knowledge and professionalism are 1st class and it is always a pleasure dealing with him.

The real estate business can be very cut throat and as my wife and I discovered some agents unfortunately will tell you anything just to get your business We came across Bill Shepheard and his team when purchasing our second home 3 years ago. Bill Shepheard is a very knowledgeable bloke with a no b/s approach which my wife and I loved. Bill sold us our property in Edgeworth which ticked all the boxes, we also decided to have Bill Shepheard and his team manage our investment property which was done so very smoothly. As this was our first investment property we where quite hesitant in how to start but Bill took us under his wing and now has a customer for life.
