Great work
I have been most impressed with Ray White and its staff since they took over the agency on our investment property. The staff is always helpful and efficient which is most important when you are from interstate. They have been honest in their appraisals and now have been able to get a new tenant at the end of the previous lease. They have always let us know what needs doing to keep the property in as good a shape as the day we bought it. I would recommend them to everyone!

New Tenant
Thanks for finding a new suitable tenant. Pls keep me updated of any issue. I was not informed of tenant confirmation. Had to ask for it. I would like you to get me a revised quote for the alarm installation as per new law .....I believe needs to be in all rooms????. Looking forward to a great business relationship.

Awesome Communication
I recently moved to one of Ray White Northlake’s properties and although I’ve had a few things I needed to get fixed upon moving in, the property manager is absolutely approachable and efficient. Communication is amazing and all my concerns were answered and attended to. Very happy due to this as I know that there will be things that will need attention within the property and being able to reach the real estate is always key, and vice versa.
