Simply amazing

We recently sold our home and couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, Michelle.Wheeler was knowledgeable, responsive, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. Michelle offered expert advice on pricing and marketing, and her strategy paid off we sold our home within 3 short weeks of marketing. The communication throughout the process was clear and timely, which made everything so much less stressful. We truely felt that we had a partner we could trust, who was looking out for our best interests every step of the way. We were experiencing multiple personal issues, and Michelle was supportive, open and patient with us every step.of the way. Above and beyond is an understatement! Disappointed

We sold with Ryan because of his perceived negotiation skills but sadly felt like we were the only ones being pushed to drop our bottom line. We had multiple offers. Which we rejected. Finally we had an ok offer, still not where we expected , but had included chattels removed, such as dishwasher, pool equipment.? We decided as we were moving due to safety reasons for our family to accept this offer as we needed a dishwasher and pool equipment and this offset our loss. Based on the expectation that the price was less than expected but we were able to take these chattels. We cannot even express the distress this has caused on top of making sure our family was safe. We wrote another review on another platform and he continued to make defamatory statements, even after multiple of his comments got removed by the platform after we provided evidence of the agreed chattels to that platform. In the end we gave up requesting his defamatory comments were removed as it is time to move on.

Peace of mind

After the worst experience with another agent (had my property on his books for 3 months) and lying to me on one occasion and lack of buyers through my property I signed with David and had my property sold within 3 weeks. A great experience with David from the marketing to communication was excellent. And he has a great sense of humour which I needed at that particular time. A great agent. Thanks David and for your empathy during this time.

Absolutely Amazing!

Michelle was tasked to sell, and sell she did! We got well above what we expected. Michelle bent over backwards to help our tenant find somewhere else to live, so our purchaser could move in earlier. I thoroughly recommend Michelle, her personality is infectious, and she has your best interests at heart.
