Wow, just wow! Darren is a A++++++ operator !

Everything has been an absolute dream from start to finish with the selling of our property, thanks to Darren ! From our initial meeting, to listing our property, to home opens, negotiations, signing of the contract, arranging of building & pest, etc, all of which we were constantly kept up to date by Darren. We had an offer after the very first home open, to which Darren negotiated, and when he presented the offer, he also presented us with the signed contract to back it up. We were ecstatic that not only had we received a signed contract, but also an amount we were really happy with, and what fell within Darren's range of what he considered it to be the market value !!! We could always get a hold of Darren if needed to, and nothing was ever a hassle. Darren was always willing to answer any questions and assist where he could. We've sold and bought many properties over the years, and have had some 'to be desired for' experiences with agents. Darren has reversed all of that for us! We cant recommend Darren highly enough and will refer all of our friends & family through Darren and his office.
