I am very happy to write a positive review on Darren and Lisa and my experience in dealing with them in the recent sale of my house in North Lakes. I met Darren 5 years ago when I bought my house through him. Due to the positive and professional attitude I experienced as a buyer I did not hesitate to use Darren when looking for an agent to sell my house. And wow – was I rewarded for that choice!!! Selling a house in very stressful – many questions go through your mind about the market, the price, the timing, the product and how it is best displayed, the marketing channels and media to use etc. – many things an eager seller wants answered. From the day I met with Darren to discuss all of the above he set my mind at ease and it was very clear that he knows North Lakes, its challenges and opportunities and what you need to do to successfully sell a home in this area. Great communication and commitment from day one proved success in a sale for us within 6 weeks. Darren guided the complete process from the show homes, setting it up to showcase its best attributes, dealing with the buyers and concluding a successful contract at a price we were very happy with and then right through to the end dealing with the bank and building and pest inspections. Nothing was left to chance. I cannot recommend Darren and his team any higher – a true professional and someone you can trust to give you the best advice and service.
