Friendly and helpful

I found Darren very helpful and friendly. He was always available to chat. We did have a set back early in with the contact but we eventually got in the same page. This may have been partly due to this being my first home purchase and moving interstate. Darren made sure a lot of items were fixed for me before settlement.
