Thoughtful patient and caring

Above and Beyond
Sangita went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We were faced with the daunting task of selling whilst out of the state, a process complicated by our property requiring multiple repairs after the building inspection. We needn't have worried as Sangita arranged everything, including contacting tradesmen, getting multiple quotes and arranging for access so the work could be done. Throughout the process her communication was outstanding. We would not hesitate to use her again.

Great Experience with Sangita
Sangita knows how to sell houses. If you are looking for a professional, committed agent with excellent communication then Sangita is the one. Deciding to sell a house is a daunting experience and we were not sure where to start. Sangita helped us identify what we needed to do to get our home sale ready and provided contacts to help us. The home opens went smoothly and we received a number of offers on the property. We would highly recommend Sangita.
