Local Expertise, Professional and Effortless
We had been speaking with Damien on and off for a few years prior to actually deciding to put our property to market. Damien was willing to assist at all times even knowing there was likely to be a long lead time. In the end we sold within a fair time and were happy with Damien's persistence at achieving our desired results. We would highly recommend Damien for his local knowledge, professionalism, friendly demeanor and making the whole process as effortless as possible.

With Dean you know the best that can be done WILL be achieved!!
We chose Dean again to sell our property without any hesitation! He had sold another property of ours a few years ago and, we found him then, and also now, to be extremely honest and helpful indeed, not only to the sellers but buyers also!!!! He was very knowledgeable about his work and helped with our needs and situation! Always prompt and efficient in contact with us! Another thing - Dean is extremely hard working and very dedicated to his craft. Would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation!

Tactfully negotiated to get us the best outcome in selling our house.

A very smooth successful sale
