We first contacted Dean via email and he was helpful in sending us the documents on the property and arrange a preview of the home, prior to the actual home open. When we decided to put an offer in for the property, Dean kindly took time to walked us through the documents without first asking us about the price we were going to offer. We really appreciated this as many other real estate agents that we have dealt with has decided not to talk us through the documents or write our offer because of price. Throughout the process up until settlement, Dean was available to assist and explain the process via phone. The process went smoothly and we got the keys on the day of settlement.
