Throughout our dealings with Ray White North Beach Quays, as a Buyer, our dealings have been informative and efficient. In what can only be described as an unpredictable, unprecedented volatile market, Rosemarie has maintained decorum and a professional consideration for all Parties involved. In such conflicting economic current events, buying, selling and moving home can at the least be described as 'extremely stressful'. Excellent service and sold in less than a week.

Dean came out to meet with us and appraise our home. He had amazing market knowledge, communication and show real professionalism. Professional, efficient, friendly and very approachable - he really put us at ease

From the outset Damien and his assistant, Ash, were both professional and efficient in all aspects of the sale - but critically, what we really appreciated was, their genuinely friendly way of going about their business and the patience and understanding with which they assisted us. A tenacious and very experienced entity who quickly sold our house.

Our experience with Sangita was incredible. Her market knowledge is exceptional and her advice on styling to sell, invaluable. Sangita kept us informed at all times. Always the professional, her detailed analysis of those who came to look at the house was again, very impressive. She followed up with each visitor. We placed our trust in her and our house was sold surprisingly quickly. Sangita also went above and beyond to assist us by being present at the building inspection, knowing that we have particularly busy schedules. She comes highly recommended.
