Simple and smooth process

Great communicator
We missed out on a property earlier in the year, but I kept in contact with Damien who kept me updated with upcoming properties including off-market ones; until a property that we liked was ready to be listed for sale a couple of months later. The sellers allowed us a market pre-view and we loved the property and were able to get it before it went to market. Damien did a great job at keeping us up to date with what was going on whilst we organised pre purchase inspections (its an older house so a few things needed looking further into). We are delighted with our purchase. Damien is genuine and goes the extra mile.
