Right from the first time I viewed the property, Daryl was open, friendly and welcoming. He has a good knowledge of the market (I believe this is due to his 30 years plus of experience as an estate agent) and the industry in general, so was able to help and advise on a wide range of areas. Given I am a first home buyer (and fairly ignorant to how things work, given Australia is also not my native home) and he was always happy to take my call and walk through any queries I had that mattered to me (even the most basic). He was always more than happy to answer any questions and was direct without being pushy or assuming on anything (something I have found to be rare in the 12 months I have been looking at homes to buy). Throughout the negotiations, Daryl always conducted himself in a totally professional but genuine manner which I have appreciated very much.
