Both Hayley White and Cindy Cash were amazing throughout this whole process. They made what we assumed would be a stressful process extremely easy. Hayley took the reins from the beginning, kept us informed, communicated perfectly and made us very comfortable in trusting their experience and process. Both Hayley and Cindy then worked their magic together. The first few offers we received landed on the lower end of the price range but were still an amount we were comfortable to accept, however, Hayley and Cindy were confident they could get us into our upper range if we continued with their process a bit longer. Given their extremely good reputation and standing in our community we decided to let them do their thing. They absolutely exceeded our expectations and sold our home for 40k more than we expected, hitting the top of the listed range, proving why they are the best and most trusted.
