After interviewing several local agents, Cindy definitely stood out from the pack. I had seen her in action at many open homes and I really liked the way she attended the open homes herself, often with her team as well. She could always answer any question I put to her about the property I was viewing. Cindy was my first choice for an agent when it came time to sell our property at Castlereagh and she didn’t disappoint. She always conducted herself with the utmost professionalism and gave me all of the information I needed to help make a decision. Cindy’s team (Megan, Amy, Michael and Lauren) are amazing. It didn’t matter who I gave information to, that information was passed on to the entire team. It was really comforting for me that the right hand always knew what the left hand was doing. We got an extremely quick sale for a price above the highest price in our range. The entire process was quick, easy and very slick. The Cindy Cash team are a well oiled machine. Cindy is very knowledgeable of the local market, and when you sell with her you reap the benefit of her strong reputation in the local area. However as a buyer I found that the communication was a little lacking compared to other agents we dealt with. We did appreciate that ray white enabled multiple inspections and access to measure flooring during the settlement period
