Making the decision to move closer to family was a huge decision for my elderly parents , more so due to being concerned over the complexity of selling and buying a property and the hassles that normally go with that process. Having sold their house , the panic set in realising that they needed to focus on securing a property in the Hawkesbury area where my parents were keen to settle. Being a local myself , I knew that Cindy and her team specialised in sales within the Hawkesbury - there was no questioning who to go to for advice. Cindy was able to offer a property that was ideally suited to my parents needs , the bonus being it was within budget. Cindy's no fuss guidance and coordination between us as the buyers and the vendor selling the property ensured a quick and easy securing of the property. Not having bought or sold a property for many years , my parents concerns were being able to align settlement dates etc to ensure a smooth transition to the Hawkesbury - Cindy and her team have ensured this has not been an issue. Megan and Amy were very accommodating at the property inspections by allowing plenty of time to look around and answering all of the many questions we fired at them. I certainly cant speak highly enough of Cindy and her team and recommend making Candy a first point of contact if looking to buy in this area.

Cindy was absolutely professional to deal with in our purchase of our new home. She was warm and gave us the space to look around the property, ask questions and make an offer in our own time. After our offer she was quick to respond to questions big and small about the property with us and frequently liaised with the vendors to answer and queries. She even came into the office on a Sunday so that we could sign contracts and commence the settlement period as soon as possible. We really appreciate her service.

Cindy was extremely professional from the first phone call where she not only answered the phone instantly but was also accommodating in relation to meeting us at the property at short notice. She was very knowledgeable in relation to the property and was able to answer any questions. We decided to buy the property and the entire process of getting to unconditional was handled to the utmost competence. When we asked for additional documentation prior to signing the contract she had it there ready for us plus other documents that we didn’t expect. We would recommend Cindy to anyone buying a property and we look forward to moving into our new home and thanks to Cindy this will start off with the best of karma.
