Virtually impossible to relay what an amazing experience I had with Duane. After a marriage breakdown, health dramas and 2 kids no less he made the whole exercise a breeze. I was a frazzled mess and his calm demeanour saw him handle everything so fantastically. In a low market he fetched a fabulous price and could not have been more accommodating if he tried........ahhh, if only ALL agents were like him!! Could not recommend him highly enough, I truly couldn't.
