Duane and his team at Hunter Estate Agents really did an outstanding job in selling our home of 32 years and achieve the result we were hoping for. All the advice that we were given was spot on – from the selling options and implications; the price range we could expect; on styling and presenting our home; the whole marketing campaign; managing the open for inspections and the clear verbal and written feedback from each; through to getting Vic Lorusso to run the auction so well. We were very pleased that we went with a local agent who not only knows our area so well, who made the whole process relatively painless, and made sure that we were comfortable with every decision along the way. As is often the case, we called the local agent that we knew and had dealt with before when we were thinking of selling. But this time, we also called two other, (unknown to us) agents so we could get a good cross section of opinion on our property. We are SO happy we did, as this was how we met Duane from Hunter Real Estate. We signed 3 separate 'open' sale agreements with all three agents and basically said, "may the best man and price win". We hit the jackpot with Duane. He was professional, courteous and diligent. I was kept informed every step of the way during our ridiculously quick decision to sell. And unbelievably, Duane had us a result we were extremely happy with within in 2 weeks without even going to market, or spending one cent on advertising. I can't recommend Duane and his team highly enough. Our solicitor, was also pleased to see that Duane was our selling agent, telling us, from their legal point of view, he has always been extremely professional and easy to deal with. A great team, a great result, we would highly recommend them to anyone selling a property.

After purchasing a property which was listed through this agent I was asked to write a review. I have dealt with a lot of Real Estate agents in the area as I was looking at purchasing a home in the Elanora Heights area for some time. Comparing to other agents I would definitely not use or recommend this agent. As a result if I go to sell or lease my property in the future I would use another agent.
