And when he needed to be relentless in getting the house sold, that was when his true salesmanship colours revealed themselves. My mother never felt pressured to sell for less than her imagined gold mine figure. She came to understand that the market dictates the price. And reassuringly, she came to her own realisation about that. Select no one else, this agent is genuine and he backs the seller 100%. And we are now backing him 100% in return. As an end note, Courtenay is an efficient gem and an asset to his team as well.
