Great Communicator...makes genuine efforts to do better than whats agreed in words !! !!

Linda is exceptional in her field and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. In a very challenging real-estate market, she remained very focused on the matters which were key to us as sellers. She provided a very mature advice at times of market turbulence, something which can only come from a person who has seen all ups and downs. Friendly, knowledgeable, great negotiator

You couldn't wish for a more diligent and knowledgeable agent than Linda Clemente. At all stages of getting the property to auction, she kept me informed and advised about the process and the state of the market. Auction day went well even though there wasn't a promising start. Due to Linda's tireless and personable service, and the professionalism of her and the auctioneer, bidders came forward and the hammer came down.

Excellent communicator, professional, informative.

The campaign of selling my house by Linda Clemente was outstanding from start to finish. She was always professional, punctual, continuously in touch daily informing of all updates or changes, very supportive to me as a vendor while going through the emotional transition of selling my home that I've spent most of my life saving for. Her fantastic team also did a great job, Oliver, Anita and George the auctioneer. The auction day was an unpredictable but marvelous outcome , due to the hard work the 4 team members all put in. It went for a whole hour of uncertainty with an outstanding end. Linda's team not only got me the best price for an average market at the moment but I saw how much she also cared about her buyers and wanted the best for them too. I would recommend Linda to sell a home to anybody as my experience with her was outstanding. Thank you, Linda, George, Oliver and Anita.
